What do you dislike about Agorapulse?

A critical Instagram Stories reporting bug persisted for months (since about April 2025 in our case), resulting in inaccurate or incomplete data.

Despite written notice to halt billing until the bug was fixed, charges continued.

The proposed “resolution” was one month of credit and penalty‑free early termination—no refunds for months of unusable reporting.

The platform can feel a bit rigid when it comes to custom workflows, especially if you're managing a high volume of content across teams. Sometimes the approval process feels clunky, and there have been occasional lags when loading large asset libraries or switching between client workspaces. What do you like best about Agorapulse?

The reporting features are absolutely a game-changer and my favorite part of Agorapulse. I can customize reports for weekly and monthly analysis and consolidate metrics across all platforms, which makes it easy to present clear data to leadership. The scheduling capabilities have been transformative too - I can plan content days in advance instead of having to post in real-time across multiple platforms. What do you like best about Agorapulse?

Agorapulse is an essential tool for social media management. We use it daily at Effet B and particularly appreciate its intuitive interface, comprehensive features (scheduling, moderation, reporting), and the clarity of the reports. The calendar is very well designed, the unified inbox tool saves us valuable time, and the customer service is always quick and efficient. There are some aspects that I wish were easier to customize (like labels) and I wish there was an integration that allowed links on FB and IG stories. I also wish Pinterest reporting were available. What do you like best about Agorapulse?

For my agency Agorapulse does everything we need and more! It has an excellent, thorough and clean user experience and its features and functionality are constantly evolving to keep up with the continuous changes within each social media platform. It's also extremely easy to connect and get started and then integrate into your workflow.

I especially love their comprehensive reporting, it's great for clients and it makes me look good, as though i've put in a great deal of work - but Agorapulse is really doing it all for me!

I've been using Agorapulse for over 12 years now, and although I have tested almost all social media management platforms over the years (as I needed to stay up to date with whats out there, know what others do and be able to recommend suitable programs for clients of all different sizes and needs, in my workshops and coaching sessions) but for me Agorapulse always wins in every category, any many of my clients also come to this conclusion quickly.

Lastly, and most importantly I need to mention the customer service... absolutely second. to. none! seriously! You will not find a team that is more efficient and dedicated and actually CARES about the service they provide and their customers, and what they need. Their communication and genuine people who they have on their team mean a lot to my business as i'm always confident they'll have my back and help when needed or resolve an issue.

What do you like best about Agorapulse?

We have been using Agorapulse for several years, and this platform simplifies the management of our social networks by centralizing all our accounts in one place, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.

In my opinion, there are three major positive points:

- The ability to schedule content in one place: This allows for an overview and complete control over what is broadcasted, with the option to reschedule the publication if necessary. There is a calendar that allows you to see everything that is or has been broadcasted.

- Teamwork: Although I am the only one scheduling the content of the publications, several of us respond to messages from our subscribers. This allows everyone to get involved on the platform, to track who responds to which message, and to be more responsive in our replies.

- Statistics: When we want to check the performance of our pages or publications, all the statistics are accessible in one place, which saves us time.

Finally, this platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, making it accessible to almost everyone. There is also customer support that can assist us in case of problems and proactively via an integrated chat tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agorapulse?

There is not really a major flaw with this platform, what I can regret, for example, are currently the limitations in using LinkedIn on the platform, probably due to some technical blocks from the LinkedIn platform. What do you like best about Agorapulse?

A considerable time saver thanks to Agorapulse, which aggregates our more than 60 social media pages, notably with the sorted inbox and its features such as response templates, but also for scheduling content publication (editing visuals and captions by profile, hashtag groups, etc.). An indispensable daily tool that is very easy to use and far ahead of the competition in terms of interface and experience. What do you dislike about Agorapulse?

There are still some possible optimizations in responding to incoming messages, particularly with the development of AI solutions, but also by going further in content publishing by proposing topic ideas to address based on the social network/positioning/target.
