What do you like best about Air?

Air's automatic tagging options and custom tagging options were perfect for organizing and tracking our content, which featured lots of technical details that we needed to be able to search through. It's perfect for teams that have lots of outside collaborators, and we even use it for facilitating our UGC collection. Our visual assets went from a confusing and siloed folder system to a dynamic and easily searchable database, and now no content is lost or forgotten. Our marketing has improved thanks for Air. What do you dislike about Air?

What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling to organize our brand assets in an effective and searchable/shareable way within Google Drive. We tried PhotoShelter and it was too bulky and overbuilt for our needs a a small manufactured goods business - not to mention pricey.

Air was a lifesaver, we can now easily share certain assets and folders and easily understand what is internal and external, and the AI tagging of photo subjects combined with our team's default data fields have made our hoards of photo/video easily searchable for creating new social ads, emails, reference materials, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A decent UI, but you will lose files and have HUGE sync issues"

What do you like best about Air?

It's cheap, even though our costs have doubled each of the last two years (without adding users or functionality) it is still less than the next best thing.

The UI is decent, it's easy to navigate etc. Uploading is easy, setup is easy. It is very easy to share libraries etc with users outside the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

We've had files and folders dissapear causing HUGE issues with trying to recover lost files. Their Air flow software is aboslute trash and shouldn't be trusted. You end up with a lot of duplicate files. We finally decided after two years to abandon air for a competitor. We lost two massive video projects and a huge folder of brand assets we were working on. It cost us probably 80-100 hours to recreate the work. It was all an Air issue, which is less than ideal. I wouldn't recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Benjamin! Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the Air Flow issues you experienced. We are working to improve that feature to prevent further sync issues. I know that you mentioned moving to a competitor but if you are open to it, our team would love to have the opportunity to make this right.
