I can get practically all information on a single platform. As someone involved in competitive intelligence, it is important for me to be up-to-date with industry happenings and also have a sense of how the investors are analyzing these events. With Alphasense's access to broker reports, all this becomes very easy for me. Also, everytime I have a question or just need an update on the latest features, the Alphasense team is available for support which adds to my overall experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I understand addition of new features is necessary to keep the platform current, especially with GenAI. But dissemination of information on those new features can be streamlined Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature is transcript search. This saves time and enables me to find information relevant to a client conversation in real-time. The transcripts appear quickly after earnings calls and are high-fidelity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AlphaSense is the only resource (that I am aware of) that provides a one stop shop for all analyst reports. I easily can find company-specific information in analyst reports AND industry reports that focus on many companies within an industry such as industrial engineering. Many people do not realize that the brokerage houses publish reports that explain a difficult to understand industry such as semiconductors - these reports also include the major players. Finding these types of reports is challenging, but AlphaSense makes is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search strategy box could be larger - perhaps locate this box on a separate page from the list of results. With all the additional features for searching, it would be really helpful to have a separate search page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search capability, I am able to search very broadly but still pull relevant results from hundreds of different sources in a way that is not possible with Google or any other tool (CBInsights, PitchBook, Quid, etc.). Keyword searches that run concurrent to company searches help the results to be easily reviewed for the most relevant information as it is highlighted. Also, the live help team are very responsive and have always helped to resolve any issues promptly. Some delays in the posting of materials. Entitlements not actively managed without requesting. Also, sign in is required with full username/password at each access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of sourcing relevant compamny commentary on topics. The language recognition is very good. AlphaSense also rolled out some GenAI touches really quickly, like the smart summaries which are very good in my opinion. Also, the customer care is great with very fast responses. Not dislikes per se, but some things I dont find that useful are; 'expert calls' which rarely seem to have the level of detail i would find helpful. I also don't find the 'sentiment' measures very helpful. But perhaps it better suits other users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I were able to maximized the research outcome but spending very little hours after implementing AplhaSense. Features like custom dashboard monitoring alerts help me to recieve the latest news on the topic that I set. Easy integration between financial analysis and Excel reduce manual works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think AlphaSense has any module that is less helpful. I enjoy using all the tools and able to use it daily for my market research process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
