What do you like best about BlueDocs?

What I like most is that it brought all of our scattered tools into a single system. Before BlueDocs, we had files spread across Google Drive, Dropbox, Confluence, and a separate LMS. It was frustrating trying to track down the latest policy or make sure new hires actually finished their onboarding. With BlueDocs, everything is under one roof: SOPs, policies, training modules, and onboarding checklists. The compliance features are especially useful — acknowledgment tracking and version control make audits painless. The training paths with built-in quizzes have also made it easier to measure employee progress. Plus, the search function is reliable — type in a keyword and the right document almost always comes up.

Our overall experience has been very positive. BlueDocs has become the go-to place for information, which means fewer Slack messages asking “does anyone have that file?” New employees get up to speed quicker, policies are read and acknowledged instead of ignored, and compliance reports take minutes instead of hours. The collaboration features (like comments, tagging, and approval workflows) have reduced email chains and made teamwork smoother. In many ways, it’s replaced four or five tools we used to rely on, and the time savings alone have justified the switch. What do you dislike about BlueDocs?

The downside in the beginning was the setup. Because BlueDocs offers so much, we had to put thought into how to structure our folders and categories to keep it organised. Some of the customisation options, like building internal landing pages, weren’t immediately obvious either.
