What do you like best about Bitrix24?

I am using Bitrix24 from long time and i like the project management and team collaborations tool with the help of it my team can collaborate and use built in chat, video call facility. we can also build website and landing pages and many more. its ease to implement and have best customer support. At the moment, there is nothing I dislike. However, the following improvements are needed: displaying reports in the time tracking module, allowing time registration with location remotely, and fixing the issue where images sent via FB chat are delivered as links. What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Only one platform for any business. It has a lot of different components that any company might use, all in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI/UX is poor. The windows and layouts and the overall design is quite old and needs polishing and more freedom of UU changes by the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Playful User Environment, good with reminders and with tracking the progress of the Lead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

Very restrictive to the normal user. Only the super admin has the ability to chnage some settings. Support is only available for the Super Admin and it's outsourced to third-party companies.

In our case the Managing Director is the Super Admin, so we as Users don't have any access to customize our workflow. So it's not convenient to bother the MD to ask for changing the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
