What I like best about WhatsApp Business Platform is how easy it makes customer communication.

What I dislike about WhatsApp Business is the way the updated layout looks — especially with the status and groups mixed together.

It feels a bit confusing now. Also, when I try to ping or broadcast messages, I wish I could select more contacts at once. Another thing is the status tab — sometimes I see statuses from people I don’t know, even though my contacts are saved. For large scale organizations, using Whatsapp business will be bit hectice since it can only be used on single phone and can link few devices. For API messeges, the costs can be higher for months time depending on the number of user chat sessions that interact with the business account. The whatsapp business platform's support does not exist, all the meta channels point towards emails that don't work and it seems completely detached from the rest of meta's products.

Also, there are many bugs and rules of thumb one must follow in working with the API that are not properly documented.
