Bitrix24 is offering free plan and that free plan itself is so helpful for small team as it offers useful functions like CRM basic, tasks and projects. Automating the repetitive tasks and recurring workflows is something which is already built in. This helps a lot in terms of reducing the manual intervention. Real-time chat, group messaging and even video conferencing helps to collaborate within a short notice. Additionally, this is scalable as it has variety of plans tailor made for variety of teams. It helps keep the team aligned, organize projects clearly, and efficiently track clients. I like the ability to create automated workflows and the integration between modules, which greatly facilitates daily tasks. Although it is a powerful platform, I recognize that the interface can be a bit confusing at first, and some translations still leave something to be desired. But over time, I discovered the right features for my work style. Today, Bitrix helps me solve problems like lack of organization, excess of disconnected tools, and difficulty in tracking processes — all with more control and productivity. The UI/UX is poor. The windows and layouts and the overall design is quite old and needs polishing and more freedom of UU changes by the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bitrix24 helps me have an Omni channel contact center that is easy to integrate to our website, social media channels. The best part is that Bitrix24 has a client app for windows, mac, ios and android which means that we don't have to open a web page to be online to receive customer messages. What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Playful User Environment, good with reminders and with tracking the progress of the Lead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

Very restrictive to the normal user. Only the super admin has the ability to chnage some settings. Support is only available for the Super Admin and it's outsourced to third-party companies.

In our case the Managing Director is the Super Admin, so we as Users don't have any access to customize our workflow. So it's not convenient to bother the MD to ask for changing the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me keep track of my Leads and set reminders for follow ups etc. It also syncs with your emails so email communication is tracked in the Customer's feed. But there's a lot of glitches that the emails from one client go to the account of a different client. It's very strange why that happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
