I genuinely like about half of our vendors, not just the product they are supplying us, for how they do business. We'd seen a few issues where a two-person client of ours is using ControlOne from Cytracom to keep PCs at two different locations on the same network. It was the most feasible option for us to use a secure cloud gateway to keep the startup's costs down rather than buying two firewalls and creating a tunnel and getting the client to upgrade his home ISP for a static IP. At times, one user might be logged into multiple devices, and the devices have assigned IP addresses so a SQL connection can work. Regardless of the tech stuff, without me putting in a ticket, the lead engineer reached out and said they saw an issue and would like to offer a free license for the client to get another user account until they fixed it. I didn't even need to complain. The technology is wonderful, and onboarding has been great, but that is the kind of support that makes me like using them so much more.
