What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

CEIPAL ATS is access with multiple job portals like Monster, Dice and Career Builder etc.

This is very easy to use because a multiple job portal in one location.

CEIPAL ATS UI design is a bit complicated and can be confusing for beginners.

When CEIPA ATS handling large databases, System speed can be slow.

After update the CIEPAL ATS software unexpected errors and bugs occur.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

I really appreciate how CEIPAL assists me in finding suitable candidates and matching profiles. It is very helpful for storing candidate information and locating resumes with rare skills. Additionally, I find CEIPAL very easy to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

Most of the time, Ceipal shows only a limited number of profiles for a specific location. What I dislike the most about Ceipal is that I can't easily find resumes with particular skills, and for most resumes, I am unable to find the email address or phone number. What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

Ceipal is useful for applicants tracking, it is full integrated solution, and we can track applicant which includes status like Submission, interviews, rejection/ selection and onboarding.

It includes various job boards like Dice, monster and Linkedin Etc. where you can post your jobs and can get applicants easily.

It has AI-Powered Sourcing and Matching which helps in finding precise candidates from larger pool.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

I found that Ceipal is unable to manage duplicate resumes.

I also noticed that it has slow loading issue which hinders efficiency.

I've been using Ceipal for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the most user-friendly platforms out there. The candidate database is well-organized and easy to navigate, which makes tracking submissions incredibly smooth. I really appreciate how each candidate's status is clearly updated—nothing ever falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

Ceipal has truly transformed how we manage our end-to-end recruitment process. One of its standout features is the AI-powered candidate matching engine, which automatically identifies relevant resumes from both our internal database and integrated job boards. This has drastically reduced the time we spend manually screening applications.

The job posting functionality is also very efficient — allowing us to post openings across multiple portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.) with a single click. It saves hours of manual effort and ensures better visibility for every role.

Another huge plus is the mass email and campaign features. We can segment candidates, create custom email templates, and run targeted outreach campaigns at scale, which is especially useful during volume hiring drives. The email engagement tracking (open/click rates) helps us fine-tune our approach.

Ceipal also stands out in terms of workflow automation. The ability to design custom workflows for different job roles, clients, or hiring managers gives us great flexibility. We can set up automated reminders, status triggers, and approvals — which keeps everyone aligned and reduces delays.

On top of that, the analytics and reporting dashboard gives us deep visibility into recruiter performance, pipeline metrics, source effectiveness, and even TAT (turnaround time). These reports are incredibly helpful for strategic planning and reviewing team productivity.

Lastly, integration with Outlook, Gmail, and LinkedIn Recruiter makes Ceipal easy to plug into our daily workflow. What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

User Interface & Navigation:

The UI feels a bit outdated and cluttered at times. There are too many tabs and menus, which can be overwhelming, especially for new users. Some features are buried deep within submenus, making navigation less intuitive. A more modern and simplified design would significantly enhance usability.

Learning Curve for New Users:

Due to the platform’s wide range of features, it can be challenging for new recruiters to get up to speed quickly. Initial onboarding and training are essential, and Ceipal could improve by offering more interactive tutorials or in-app guidance.

Mobile App Experience:

The mobile version of Ceipal lacks the full functionality of the desktop platform. It’s good for basic tasks like checking candidate status or updating notes, but it falls short when it comes to resume screening, running searches, or sending campaigns. A more robust and responsive mobile app would be a major plus.

Speed and Performance Issues:

At times, especially during peak usage, the platform can lag or slow down — particularly when loading large volumes of resumes or generating complex reports. Improving server performance and speed optimization would help maintain productivity.

Customization Limitations in Reporting:

While the reporting module is useful, it lacks flexibility in some areas. Creating custom reports with specific filters or cross-functional metrics isn’t always straightforward, and advanced reporting often requires support assistance.

Occasional Bugs & Glitches:
