What do you like best about Keka?

Keka has made our asset management process much more organized and efficient. The platform provides a clear view of all our IT assets — laptops, peripherals, and other equipment — along with who they’re assigned to. The integration with employee profiles is especially helpful; it reduces confusion during onboarding and offboarding. What do you dislike about Keka?

While Keka covers the basics well, the asset management module could use a few enhancements. For example, adding bulk import and export options, better search filters, and reminders for asset maintenance or warranty expiry would make day-to-day operations smoother. What do you like best about Keka?

We have moved to keka in 2019 and upgraded on a lot of new features they provided over a period of time. Keka is a very comprehensive platform, we found it to be a perfect fit for the requirement we had. The feature request the keka team provides actually is very helpful. What do you dislike about Keka?

Some of the features are limiting like comp off - option where one day can only be set off against 1 day of working on holidays where as our policy is for providing 1.5 days of time off for one day work. There is no setting that allows you enable this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keka?

Keka has made managing work related tasks really simple from an employee perspective. I can easily check my attendance, apply for leave, request regularization, and view all my pay slips without needing to contact HR every time. What do you dislike about Keka?

One limitation I’ve noticed is with weekends and comp-offs. Our company sometimes schedules us to come to the office on weekends, but Keka considers Saturday and Sunday as the default weekends. It automatically deducts the comp-off for these days, even if I wasn’t available on other weekdays that should have been my week-offs. A more flexible weekend and comp-off option would make it much more accurate for employees with non-standard schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

We would like to highlight a few areas where improvement is needed in the overall support experience:

The support response process needs enhancement — even for minor queries, we are required to send multiple follow-up emails, which impacts turnaround time.

The biometric support team needs significant improvement. There seems to be a lack of clarity on expectations, and getting timely support from them has been quite challenging.

Some features on KEKA appear to be overly rigid, and the development team often struggles to understand the rationale behind our enhancement requests.

Additionally, previously resolved bugs tend to reappear frequently, which leads to recurring frustration and loss of confidence in the system’s stability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keka?

Keka offers a convenient way for all employees to access updates, check leave balances, and request time off through a single platform. Its user-friendly interface allows us to easily see the status of our colleagues, whether they are on leave or simply away from their desks. The Financial Section makes it straightforward to retrieve recent paystubs and other financial documents, and the platform also provides access to login and logout details. What do you dislike about Keka?

At times, log updates may be delayed, and there are occasional bugs that can cause the system to go offline without warning. Although features like email notifications and team status updates would enhance the experience, I still recommend this for companies that need to monitor employee status. What do you like best about Keka?

Keka is an incredible platform and has solved some critical people management pain points for me including Attendance & Leaves, Announcements, Claims and most importantly, hiring. I get access to a customized career portal which has created an ease for the applicants (via a seamless application portal) and for our team by providing a robust admin portal where I can manage the entire hiring journey at place - from sourcing to screening, scheduling interviews and all the way to onboarding.
