I want to update my opinion about CleverX after having worked with them for three years. They have not paid me for surveys completed over the last three months, despite multiple attempts to get in touch. I have reached out via emails, opened tickets, and contacted them through every available channel, but no one responds.
This is extremely disappointing and surprising given my long history with them. The lack of payment and total silence from their side feels unprofessional and unethical. If this treatment continues, I cannot recommend CleverX anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
