"Survey Payments Overdue for 3 Months: No Response from CleverX After 3 Years Working Together"
What do you like best about CleverX?

I want to update my opinion about CleverX after having worked with them for three years. They have not paid me for surveys completed over the last three months, despite multiple attempts to get in touch. I have reached out via emails, opened tickets, and contacted them through every available channel, but no one responds.

This is extremely disappointing and surprising given my long history with them. The lack of payment and total silence from their side feels unprofessional and unethical. If this treatment continues, I cannot recommend CleverX anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CleverX?

After three years working with CleverX, I’m shocked by how they’ve completely stopped paying me for surveys over the last three months. I’ve tried every way to contact them, and they ignore me without any explanation. This isn’t just bad business—it’s disrespectful and makes me seriously distrust their honesty and values. What do you like best about CleverX?

I’m updating my previous positive review of CleverX to reflect a serious and unacceptable behavior.

After completing a survey for professionals back in July, neither I nor several of my colleagues have been paid for our time and insights. What's worse, all attempts to contact the company — through emails and by opening a ticket on the platform — have been completely ignored.

This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and reflects poorly on what I had initially believed was a legitimate operation. CleverX’s failure to compensate contributors and their refusal to communicate raises serious concerns about their integrity and business practices.

If you're a professional considering working with CleverX, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Until they address outstanding payments and respond to inquiries, I cannot recommend them under any circumstances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CleverX?

I do work with Multiple expert networking Platform as an expert in field of Finance, Taxation, merger and Acquisition in industry like Aerospace, Defense and textile , I things i liked about Clever X is

- Smother Onboarding & Compliance Process : The onboarding, compliance, and payment processes are straightforward, with clear instructions and minimal friction.

- Transparent Communication : The use of Clever x with multiple login by me during a week, i see clear and smooth interface and Payment flow easy integration with clear UI.

- The support team is quite efficient and I have got response of my queries within 24 hours of time , mots of them within 2 hours.

What do you dislike about CleverX?

I think the overall experience has been positive, there are a few areas where CleverX could improve.

-While the platform does a great job of matching opportunities to my skill set, I’ve noticed that many engagements don’t progress beyond the screening stage. In most cases, this seems to be due to my location, even though I’m fully capable of delivering value remotely

What do you like best about CleverX?

Mostly i dont get the offers which are steady, so i have to wait for quite a long time to get the actual opportunity. Also even payments are usually fast, but sometimes the process takes longer which becomes bit annoying.
