I truly appreciate how Docebo's onboarding process was facilitated by a specialist, making the initial setup seamless and effective over a series of meetings, helping us understand all features thoroughly. I'm impressed with Docebo's ability to reach thousands of customers 24/7 with a minimal training staff, enabling asynchronous learning that users can access at their own pace without needing direct interaction with staff. There are a lot of built-in features, enabling us to deliver a variety of learning content efficiently. I find the integration with Microsoft Teams particularly beneficial as it facilitates live webinars, allowing direct interaction between learners and instructors, making the learning experience much more engaging and interactive. Overall, the capability of two-way communication offered by Docebo, empowering us to track learner progress and interact directly, is invaluable and unmatched by simpler platforms like YouTube, which only provide one-directional communication. I dislike how different sections of the Docebo software appear to be at different ages of development. It becomes evident that certain areas have seen significant progress and updates, while others seem like older, legacy sections that have not been updated in a while. It is so user friendly in most aspects when it comes to learning administration. I have been an admin for other LMSs in the past, and Docebo is so intuitive and user friendly compared to others which are way more clunky. Because they are constantly making updates, it does sometimes feel like an incomplete system. Like some things do feel like they launched this platform without entirely making it completely ready to use. E.g. I am waiting and waiting for some sort of manager dashboard where they are able to quickly see/be notified of people on their team who are overdue with trainings. Overall, the new AI features are nice to have. However, the bread and butter of Docebo is still key to it's success. The fact that we can customize access based on user profiles is really powerful. The best thing I like about Docebo is that it’s easy to use. I can see all my assigned courses in one place, and the progress tracker helps me know how much is left. Sometimes the platform feels a bit slow, especially when opening a new course or switching between sections. Also, few times it didn’t save my progress and I had to rewatch some parts again. - I tried new feature – uploading e-learnings directly from the Rise360 platform in SCORM format. It works absolutely smoothly and looks much more engaging for learners than PPTs!

- I needed to track the completion rate of courses that had to be passed by 100+ employees. I used 'New Reports' section and created a custom report for ua specific course, then I exported it as an Excel file and that's it! That's it, all the completions at a glance! Uploading a course in a SCORM format is easy, but the challenge comes when updating it. When you update it in Rise360, it would be great to integrate it with Docebo, so there will be no needs to upload a new file each time. I actually likes creating the platform to meet the needs of our people, with on line learning and weekly check ins. It was very much out of my comfort zone to start, as normally we would place our requirements and someone do the build. It was a shock to learn I was doing the build however it turned out to be one of the most rewarding tasks I have done. I would love for Docebo to have a multi language options in the search filed and when creating courses selecting multi language rather than one language. Also for the titles of course to be similar to the platform i.e. platform built in multi languages, if you have selected French as a user. the course code will show in French for multi language courses.
