What do you like best about EBizCharge?

We’ve had a great experience using EBizCharge for both ACH and credit card processing. The integration with our system was quick and easy, allowing us to start accepting payments with minimal setup time. Since going live, we’ve been receiving payments from our customers on a daily basis, which has greatly improved our cash flow and overall efficiency.

Two of our customers have already expressed interest in using EBizCharge for their own businesses after seeing how well it works for us. That kind of interest speaks to the quality and reliability of the service.

Customer support has also been excellent—EBizCharge is quick to respond to questions and make changes whenever needed. They’ve made the entire process feel seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EBizCharge?

If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to enhance the remittance emails to include a breakdown of which payments are included in each deposit. This small addition would make reconciliation even easier.

What do you like best about EBizCharge?

We’ve integrated EBizcharge’s payment solution directly into our company’s application, and the experience has been outstanding. The integration process was incredibly smooth and quick—EBizcharge’s technical team provided all necessary documentation upfront and responded promptly to our support requests. The embedded payment functionality is a huge plus for our users; they can complete transactions without being redirected to external pages or going through confusing steps. The payment flow is intuitive and user-friendly, all within our applications, which greatly enhances the overall user experience. Additionally, EBizcharge provides enterprise-grade security, giving both our users and our team full confidence that all sensitive data is protected and used solely for intended purposes. Lastly, the post-launch support has been excellent—when we had a question related to account reconciliation, their team was responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about EBizCharge?

What do you like best about EBizCharge?

The customer service has been great. When we've had an issue, I can reach out to support, and someone gets back to me within the hour. That person then follows up to ensure the problem is resolved. What do you like best about EBizCharge?

We utilize EBIZ with Acumatica and the integration was easy. Their data security method does well in keeping credit card information off our systems but still lends itself to ease of use. The secure link payment has been flawless for our customers. No system is perfect but the support we have received has been wonderful. Quick responses for problems and when there have been unique issues they were handled with expedited assistance unlike other platforms that would take a week or more. What do you dislike about EBizCharge?

As we utilize EBIZ in Acumatica I can only comment on its use in our that enviroment. EBIZ can be rigid in Acumatica and when there have been instances that require manually entering a customer's credit card there have been syncing difficulties between the EBIZ site and Acumatica module. What do you like best about EBizCharge?

The system works every time.

We have had a couple of issues setting up our test system ready to upgrade our ERP solution, but support have got back to me within 24 hours, (I'm in the UK), and got us working again. I can't speak highly enough of customer services.

They have also been very supportive and proactive in helping us plan for a full browser deployment of our solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EBizCharge?

We have been disappointed in the length of time it has taken for the credit card solution to be available in the latest version of our ERP software, with a few promise dates missed. This has now been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EBizCharge?

I like Ebizcharge because its integration, automation and security control. You can connect with tools I already use such as quickbooks. Also Im anle to set up recurring payments and what I like the most is the fraud protection it offers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementing EBizCharge with Business Central Dynamics went like piece of cake, no issue and the integration team was quick.
