This is kind of first and very unique product which I have used, first of all really impressed by its business idea secondly talking about its feature it had helped us in improving the customer experience by providing the knowledge graph and gives direct insights for my business needs. I myself discovered this from G2 website reviews, but I expect its product is unique so team should put efforts in marketing , otherwise in uses till now no downsides for me. But one thing which concerns me is that its I do not have any solid or trustworthy proof that my data is safe with using this tool, I think that should be one thing which should be majorly focused.
