Currently we are using Syteline 6 but are at the early stages to transitioning to 10. I like the possibilities that 10 has to offer, and I think it will help solve a lot of our issues that we currently have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company has been a long time user of Syteline on premise and have recently moved to the cloud. This version is super scalable and integrates with other INFOR products seamlessly. We are newly transitioned to the SL10/CSI system and do not have any major concerns. There is a bit of a learning curve for users of previous versions. I feel it is not designed for High volume companies. The modification to reports are a bit tough without having an expert in the house. It requires resource and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cloud version of CSI needs to be scrapped. The uplifts break more than they fixed in a practical world, admins cannot regression test everything in just 30 days.

Carrying forward old progress code for backward compatibility is crushing the system at times and there are not enough indexes placed in key areas for query.

I liked Syteline for the streamlining of processes within our organization. We manufactured and distributed products and found that this software was great for allowing us to simplify the process between order entry to when the order left the building. I like the ability to drill down further into some regions of the software to get more details. The finance areas of this software are user-friendly and easy to navigate. If you are looking for an ERP system for HR purposes, I can't say this is the one for you. While we didn't use it mainly for that, I dug around and found it was not very useful for any HR functions. I did not like the security portion of it - it seems users can access pretty much anything, and you can't "block" access to specific modules from certain employees, which other ERP systems can do.
