"Very nice. with some missing features"
What do you like best about JOIN?

Pros:

- super easy to create job add + career page.

- can automatically post the job add in various channels (linkedin + glassdoor + google)

- have all applicants in one place and manage them as a kanban board.

- Goes fast to review an applicant (nice UI)

- workflow setup. I.e., automatically send emails at certain stages.

- the pricing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOIN?

Cons:

- You can't customize the application form that much. Would prefer that the applicants can insert LinkedIn + GitHub link rather than only a CV + cover letter.

- requires the applicant to create a join account. This is a huge bummer I think. As it creates friction.

- No integration to google calendar (as far as I know). This would be nice to seamlessly schedule interviews

- The ATS I don't really see. I haven't used ATS before though. And for our stage is not a killer feature. I guess its more relevant with 100+ applicants Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JOIN?

The service from Join is incomparably good. I have tried other job platforms before, but I was not nearly as satisfied with any other provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOIN?

Hard to believe, but I really have nothing against join. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to accelerate Recruiting! "
What do you like best about JOIN?

- Easy and quick to use

- Very short implementation time

- Free tool that covers all our needs

- Very easy to engage the business to participate in Recruiting activities

- Broad reach of job boards in one go Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOIN?

- Currently cannot replace an ATS if the company grows in size

- We would love to be able to restrict access of hiring manager to only their open positions/pipelines, not all

- We'd also love to track employee referrals in Join Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"perfect tool to manage your job offers in one place. great usability and easy integration."
What do you like best about JOIN?

i can easly invite all deparatments and responsible persons to share their job offers. they manage the first screening and quality check. that saves us a lot of time.

furthermore it is perfect to have everything in one place and you can easily boost your job posting via different platforms as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow and this with a cheaper rate the directly. perfect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOIN?

so far nothing special. maybe the posibility to integrate every single job posting through a widget. so far you can only integrate all job listings with one widget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Join saves our HR team a lot of time"
What do you like best about JOIN?

With Join we don't have to log in via different portals anymore to upload the jobdescriptions each time.

We can easily create it once via the join login and automatically post it to various portals free of charge and decide if we want to use additional budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOIN?

A direct connection to our ATS would be even better, but the bulk import currently also covers this well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Multiposting at the most important jobboards - FOR FREE"
What do you like best about JOIN?

No costs! With JOIN we were able to publish our jobs at the most important job boards and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and XING) for free. The response to our jobs right now is overwhelming with many candidates seemingly qualified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOIN?

We couldn't find a convenient way to transfer the applicants to our internal Recruitment tool, yet. However, I see lots of improvement throughout the past year and see JOIN growing more and more into a potential ATS replacement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
