What do you like best about Kisi?

I have been considering door access control for our facility for about a year now. After researching all the available companies, I ultimately chose Kisi. The main reason for my decision was my experience with my sales representative, Kalib Mickelson. He consistently supported me, answered every question—no matter how trivial—maintained contact even during long periods of inactivity, and was always both personable and extremely informative. In my 25 years of administration, I have interacted with many service and sales representatives, but I have never received this level of support. Saying he went above and beyond doesn't even capture it. While I can't yet comment on the product itself, my experience with Kalib was the deciding factor in my purchase. If Kalib's manager happens to read this, he truly deserves a raise and a promotion. Exceptional customer service is rare these days, but Kalib absolutely nailed it! What do you dislike about Kisi?

What do you dislike about Kisi?

The customer support is terrible. We had a critical issue recently, and they simply refused to help me. I called dosend of times and left multiple emails, but they did not help me. Finally, someone from the sales team contacted me to apologize, which was nice of him, but the support staff have still not contacted me about the issues we are facing. What do you like best about Kisi?

The product itself is amazing and super easy to install. The best part about Kisi so far has been their customer service. I have been working with account executive Kalib Mickelson. He knows the product inside and out and is very knowledgable with everything. His customer service has been the best I have seen in a long time. Kisi is really easy to use; it's like your door knows you're coming.

I feel safe knowing it's always encrypted and secure.

Our experience with Kisi has been exceptional. The product works better than advertised. The sales and support teams are exceptionally customer service oriented, always quick and accurate.
