"The management solution every IT professional has been looking for"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

PDQ is easy to use and implement. My team and I use PDQ Connect every day, whether it's to automate our software package updates, such as Google Chrome, or to deploy custom software package solutions for our environment. The agent installed on workstations and servers is lightweight and does not interfere with other services. The new Remote Support and multi-tenancy features have enabled us to reduce costs by combining products into a single solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

The product is still relatively new, and so more advanced features such as PowerShell scanning from their D&I products are still road-mapped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Remote Management with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about PDQ Connect?

What I like best about PDQ Connect is its ability to manage remote endpoints without the need for a VPN. The cloud-based setup is incredibly efficient, allowing IT teams to deploy software, run scripts, and manage updates seamlessly across distributed environments. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and execute tasks quickly. I use it daily, and it’s become an essential part of our workflow. Integration was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. The built-in package library is a huge time-saver, perfect for hybrid or remote workforces. What do you dislike about PDQ Connect?

While I really appreciate PDQ Connect’s remote management capabilities, there are a few things I find limiting. The lack of a proper folder structure or the ability to hide groups makes organising devices a bit messy. I’ve also noticed that device status updates can lag, which affects how quickly I can respond to issues. Compared to PDQ Deploy, Connect doesn’t offer the same level of advanced install logic, so I’ve had to rely more on custom scripting. Lastly, I wish the package library was more up-to-date—some versions lag behind, which can cause unexpected downgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
