We migrated from BambooHR and are pleased that vacation calculations now comply with European law, which differs from the US and was not fully supported in Bamboo.
Additionally, we now have a system to record completed training sessions, which was not possible with Bamboo.
Regarding support, Revolut People provide excellent assistance with response times of under a day and problem resolution in less than a week for most issues we encountered. Their eagerness to improve gives us confidence that this platform can meet our short-term and long-term needs.
The pricing is flexible and they do not impose a "minimum fee," which is ideal for us as a small startup.

As with any young platform, they do have bugs. This is the only way to proceed; as I mentioned, they are happy to accept tickets and resolve them. Therefore, I shouldn't encounter any serious issues with that.
