What do you like best about Surfe?

I rarely rave about software, but Surfe is genuinely a massive time-saver and a godsend. I've saved an enormous amount of time on lead prospecting by adding detailed profiles of LinkedIn prospects to our company's Pipedrive account. I can also add deals and notes directly within LinkedIn. The ability to find email addresses is another significant advantage, and I cannot recommend Surfe highly enough. It's also great value for money—a total no-brainer if you use LinkedIn and a CRM like Pipedrive. Surfe will be incredibly helpful during trade shows when I have numerous meetings and need to quickly input data. I no longer dread this task, as Surfe makes it all so easy. I use Surfe multiple times a day and it has a very simple and intuitive UI. Customer support was also super quick when I used the web chat, and it was resolved quickly. What do you dislike about Surfe?

What do you like best about Surfe?

It links LinkedIn profiles to your CRM and enriches them with contact data using a waterfall of multiple email finding services. It's a really awesome tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

If you don’t use it often enough to warrant auto renewal it can be tricky to avoid extra charges.

AND (this is the big one) be very careful before communicating with support about the billing on your plan, as there is a language barrier that isn't immediately apparent. If you ask questions about the billing periods on your plan or especially if you say you "cancelled the plan" then they interpret it to mean that you are asking them to "delete" your account, all your mapping, settings, and all your data. You are supposed to be able to cancel or change plans without everything being deleted. So don't make the mistake that I did and attempt to communicate with them about it or they may do this to you as well.

It's very upsetting once you've gotten used to being able to use this great tool, not to be able to any more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
