This place is an absolute mess. No wonder intuit/quickbooks booted time from direct integration. Those investors will have lost their money due to poor management. We stayed with them after Quickbooks dropped them. I noticed that the employee portion of the deductions weren't working. So I called in July. Known issue. Justin said that I had to change things and create a new user account on QBO. SimplyInsured used that account to access the site the next day - things got fixed. I was supposed to get a follow up email of the deduction discrepancy so I could correct. A month passes and no follow up. We hired an employee that didn't get the invite for insurance. We login to simplyinsured again to find that the link was broken. Their automated reconnect to Quickbooks button doesn't work. I contact again, escalated to supervisor. Explained that I did what they said to do. And it still doesn't work. Tell me exactly what I need to do. Two weeks later and still nothing. Then I get an email saying that the case was closed --- and it's still not fixed. F'ing disaster with non-existent and when you reach them not knowledgeable customer support. Be Warned!
