What stands out most about Tenstreet is that they truly offer a vast platform with impressive capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenstreet for Carriers?

The main issue with this platform is its overwhelming complexity, which can easily cause an average user to get lost among the countless dropdown features. For example, something as straightforward as ordering a motor vehicle report requires navigating through three separate dropdown menus. While there are options to organize candidates into different groups and categories, the process is unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Although the platform offers many features, it lacks practicality for a typical mid-sized trucking company. Simplifying the workflow and possibly reducing some of the platform’s functions could help address the clutter. Overall, I find it too busy, not user-friendly, and difficult to learn. Easy to use. I love the features of the platform. Keeps everything easy and simple and organized. Customer service is supportive (if you ever need them) which in 7 years I have only need once. What problems is Tenstreet for Carriers solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems I solve are all related to the full cycle driver recruiting that I do. I am able to get leads in and convert them to full application easily. I am also able to reach out to applicants through email and direct message if they have the Tenstreet Pulse app. This allows seamless conversion from lead to applicant to approved driver. They also make getting paperwork and documents easy once the driver is approved so we're able to onboard them faster and get them making money faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack of being able to be notified when new leads come in. Inability to do mass texting through the software. Simply make all your applicants check a box that they subscribe to mass texting so we can do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
