What I love about TRACTIAN is how it takes the guesswork out of machine maintenance. As for Traction Complete, my only qualm is that, while the tool is powerful, it can be easy to get confused while setting up a canvas, especially for more complicated setups, and without assistance from the customer service team I could see myself lost. I do not use the tool frequently, but using it frequently and only helping clients with any changes in Traction Complete that needs to be done, I can see it being somewhat foreign or less intuitive for people that only get into the tool occasionally.
