I find it very useful that TRACTIAN allows sending audios, videos, and photos, and that you can create a ticket to communicate with colleagues about equipment failures. What I love about TRACTIAN is how it takes the guesswork out of machine maintenance. The sensors were a breeze to set up, and now the dashboard shows me exactly what’s going on with my equipment in real time. If I had to point out one downside, it’s that getting everything set up and talking to our existing systems took a bit longer than I hoped. As for Traction Complete, my only qualm is that, while the tool is powerful, it can be easy to get confused while setting up a canvas, especially for more complicated setups, and without assistance from the customer service team I could see myself lost. I do not use the tool frequently, but using it frequently and only helping clients with any changes in Traction Complete that needs to be done, I can see it being somewhat foreign or less intuitive for people that only get into the tool occasionally.
