What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

That generates warnings in which the machine is not yet in a critical state, but notifies you to be able to perform a more detailed inspection with your vibration team to validate data and the physical condition of the machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

That sometimes it is a bit tedious to know how to use the software. At times, I think it would be good to have a quick help manual within the platform for the procedures of the tools. This way, we can avoid having doubts and have everything at hand for the user who sees it daily and also needs to present a more technical report on the machine's status for presentation purposes in case of any issues. What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

The centralization of information allows you to visualize all monitored assets in one place and obtain valuable insights in real time. What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

There are many features that are not well understood from the start. Training sessions are definitely required until the normal operation flow is understood. Sometimes the notifications for when an event is created or an inspection is completed can be too many. It might be good to optimize the number of email notifications. What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

The platform does not clearly indicate which specific types of assets its reports are compared against. Additionally, it does not allow customization of the equipment, as some do not have cooling blades and only use water, resulting in a limited data fill percentage. "Complete and Effective, but Takes Up Too Much Space"
What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

I love how comprehensive TRACTIAN is, as it offers integral solutions for the management and maintenance of equipment. I like that it allows you to see how long it takes to resolve a fault, and the ability to upload photos of damaged equipment is very practical. I also appreciate the function to read QR codes, which facilitates the control and review of equipment. I like that it can organize and manage our maintenance efficiently, whether daily, monthly, or weekly. I find it very useful that TRACTIAN allows sending audios, videos, and photos, and that you can create a ticket to communicate with colleagues about equipment failures. All of this significantly contributes to improving the organization and tracking of maintenance tasks, which greatly benefits our daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

Lately, the software has become slower and takes up a lot of space on my device. This is a significant disadvantage as I have to uninstall and reinstall it repeatedly to manage storage space efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

THE INFORMATION IT HANDLES AND THE GRAPHS ARE VERY CLEAR AND VERY SIMPLE, MAKING THEM VERY EASY TO INTERPRET. SOME FAILURES ARE MORE VISIBLE DUE TO THE TRENDS, AND THE GRAPH IS IN REAL TIME, GIVING YOU TIME TO REACT TO ANY PROBLEM. IT IS VERY EASY TO IMPLEMENT, ITS SUPPORT IS VERY TIMELY AND PRECISE, AND THE INTEGRATION INTO THE MONITORING SYSTEM IS VERY SIMPLE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

FROM MY POINT OF VIEW, IT WOULD BE THAT VARIABLE SPEED MOTORS, LIKE A SERVO MOTOR, CANNOT BE ANALYZED. IF IMPROVEMENT COULD BE ACHIEVED IN THAT AREA, IT WOULD BE GREAT BECAUSE IT WOULD MEET ALL EXPECTATIONS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

The ease of use and accuracy of the data. Also, the auto-generated alerts mean i don't have to watch it constantly. The customer support has been better than I expected and more helpful. "From Guesswork to Confidence: My Experience with TRACTIAN"
What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

What I love about TRACTIAN is how it takes the guesswork out of machine maintenance. The sensors were a breeze to set up, and now the dashboard shows me exactly what’s going on with my equipment in real time. Instead of waiting for something to break, I get a heads-up before it happens-like having a crystal ball for my machines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

If I had to point out one downside, it’s that getting everything set up and talking to our existing systems took a bit longer than I hoped. What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

One unique capability of Traction Complete is the versatility of the routing system. It seamlessly managed many different and complex conditions, which easily adapts to changing business needs. Beyond the tool, the support team has been fantastic; they have been very responsive and care about helping us to be successful. Their support has helped us keep our workflows simple and seamless. What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

As for Traction Complete, my only qualm is that, while the tool is powerful, it can be easy to get confused while setting up a canvas, especially for more complicated setups, and without assistance from the customer service team I could see myself lost. I do not use the tool frequently, but using it frequently and only helping clients with any changes in Traction Complete that needs to be done, I can see it being somewhat foreign or less intuitive for people that only get into the tool occasionally. What do you like best about TRACTIAN?

I like that I can track all of our assets from one location. If a motor is having issues in one part of the plant , and then another on the other side of the plant I am able to basically troubleshoot both motors in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRACTIAN?

There is a lot of statistics on there program that is hard to understand, but I have spoke with Tractian and they even offer a training course to help understand what a lot of the stats and graphs mean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of generating and tracking orders helps improve your staff's efficiency. You know at all times where they are located and the work they are doing.

It makes managing your cost center easier and helps you streamline your procedures by eliminating paperwork.
