We have recently moved to HRone from Hrpearls(Webtel), I find Hrone more intuitive, Streamlined & better leave management system. There is one thing good about this HrOne is Attendance regularization features much needed, because we are so lost in work sometimes we forget to mark attendances.

Its just sometimes, the attendance updation takes a little more time, which keep up trembling in thoughts of applying OD's at the end of the month. I am not sure its HRone problem or our servers. Also its quite difficult to understand the interface at initial levels, because if i talk about leaves i have to take note of entry or exit time & match that time with the short or half day, that's how i gets little confused sometimes & its not just me the whole office faces this confusion. Hrone is a good software solution for all its users. I have been using this software for the past one to two years in my current organization, and I also used it at my previous company. What I like most is its user-friendliness. HROne offers a simple, unified platform that makes it easy to automate all HR processes, including Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Performance, Payroll, Expense, and Core HR functions.

Our main purpose for considering this software is its effectiveness in managing the recruitment process and managing asset inventory. From adding candidate to releasing appointment letter is now quick, smooth and transparent.

In the recruitment now with transparency new onboarding has been achieved and our CEO has track recruitment stages with the help of reports available in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Resume parsing functionality needs more commercials, ideally if someone has purchased the module it should be free of cost.
