It doesn't need require much to start using, it's simple to plug-in to your calendar and CRM - I didn't need support from IT and other folks.
It has a very well-built "action item" list; it assigns ownership of the task and details.
Its functionality allows easy sharing with other folks so they can use the information, and it seamlessly logs my notes in Hubspot.
It's not just the hours a day that it saves me and my team, but the peace of mind during the calls knowing I can focus on the client and not be desperate taking notes, worried I'll miss something. I can now be fully engaged and still have good notes!

It's sad I didn't find this earlier. I used a different note-taking tool in a previous job, and the notes were so cluttered with information that they brought no value. They were long texts, and I was almost trying to transcribe what was said. I thought all tools were like this.
I think Update AI needs to advertise more on how the notes they generate are more objective and useful than the others. Having used another tool doesn't mean you have any idea what Update AI does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
