What do you like best about Vertice?

The platform gives clear visibility into spend, simplifies renewals, and helps uncover opportunities for optimization that would otherwise take hours of manual effort. I especially appreciate how user-friendly the interface is—it feels approachable without sacrificing the depth of insights. Vertice has made it easier to negotiate better contracts and ensure our organization is getting the most value from its software investments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

One area Vertice could improve is by expanding the depth of analytics and benchmarking features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good product, a few tweaks could make it great."
What do you like best about Vertice?

Vertice has been straightforward to roll out across the business. The interface is clean and intuitive, so people don’t need extensive training to get value from it. We’ve quickly seen the financial impact too - the savings and insights it provides are tangible, which makes adoption an easy win internally.

The customer success and procurement teams that support us are excellent! They respond quickly, share practical guidance, and clearly understand how to maximize the benefits of the platform for our organisation. I'm personally in and using it all the time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

There are a few areas where the platform could be smoother. The interface can feel sluggish at times, and duplicate notifications (for example, being tagged in a comment and also receiving a “new comment” alert) can be a bit annoying. Managing contract renewals is also slightly clunky - once a contract is renewed, the details you previously entered don’t carry over, so you are essentially starting from scratch.

In addition, the product catalog tied to contracts isn’t always accurate, with some items missing or mismatched. Support is generally helpful, but since it’s based in a different region to us, responses can occasionally be delayed.

That said, Vertice is very receptive to customer input. They take enhancement requests seriously and actively log feedback, which gives confidence that these issues are being addressed over time. I've already seen this play out with a recent update to the Slack integration and notifications, which is very straight forward and easy to configure.

While the above looks like a long list, it doesn't detract from any of the cost saving benefits and are any issues I've found are relatively minor in scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized, intuitive, and always improving"
What do you like best about Vertice?

What I find most helpful about Vertice is how much easier it makes it to manage our SaaS tools. Instead of chasing renewals or trying to keep track of contracts in different places, everything is centralized and clear. It really saves time and avoids stress. Another big upside is the support from the Vertice team — they are proactive, approachable, and always ready to help us get the best outcome. It feels like having an extra partner that truly cares about our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

At the moment, Vertice doesn’t integrate with Odoo, our ERP, which would make some processes even smoother. However, the team has shared that they are working on this, and it should be available soon. Apart from that, the platform is intuitive, and the support from the Vertice team makes using it very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vertice transformed our software spend management and delivered immediate ROI"
What do you like best about Vertice?

Vertice has been instrumental in helping us get control of our software spend, delivering immediate cost savings from day one. The platform provides excellent market intelligence that helps us negotiate better deals. Their workflows have actually replaced several internally-built systems we were using, streamlining our processes significantly. The team at Vertice is fantastic - they're knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. The AI capabilities are also impressive and add real value to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints about Vertice. The platform and service have met or exceeded our expectations across the board. If I had to be critical, perhaps there's always room for more features or integrations, but nothing that impacts our positive experience with the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

Platform could use a few more options for user/role configurations - getting visibility of contracts in a department requires someone to be assigned a power user, giving them visibility of all contracts, not just the ones they are responsible for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Managing Vendor Spend"
What do you like best about Vertice?

Frees up internal time by outsourcing standard negotiations

Deep market insights and discount benchmarking

Responsive and knowledgeable support team

Workflow tools that make approvals and renewals easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vertice?

Success depends heavily on strong internal vendor ownership — someone still needs to provide contract context and renewal needs

Workflows are still being developed. For example, you can't cancel some workflow steps once initiated and you have to ask your account manager to do these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
