What do you like best about VistaVu Solutions?

VistaVu has been so passionately supportive throughout my experience working with them. It has encouraged me to actively seek more ways on how to optimize the business processes at my company with our use of SAPByDesign.

Our Customer Engagement Executive (Ami Burns) sets up Monthly Cadence calls to go over our open tickets, further opportunities with our company's SAPbyDesing goals for the year/month, documentation on questions I have, information on new updates to the SAPbyDesign system, and SAP ByDesign tips and tricks I was not aware of before. Initially, the updates I received regarding open tickets were not so regular, and the information provided did not set a clear picture of the action steps involved. I reported this to Vistavu, and quickly, they worked on updating the ticket communication to be more detailed and timely. I am grateful to feel more involved and aware of what was going on.
