The employees at Pingboard are very informative and helpful. I really enjoy attending their various webinars where they talk about updates to the platform and other HR subjects in relation with Pingboard's features. Pingboard currently serves our main need of providing an Org Chart and giving our employees visibility of our hierarchy and reporting structure. There are also various bonus features that I enjoy like being able to have a company calendar that displays holiday schedules, birthdays, and anniversaries. Though I greatly enjoy that Pingboard has a survey feature, it can be a little difficult to review the results. Within the platform it is a bit tedious and clunky to review all of the feedback, and downloading it in excel doesn't provide easy viewing. I also use the survey feature to conduct contests where employees have to guess right answers, so it would be helpful if Pingboard had a feature for that, similar to the Survey tool.
