Excellent customer service. Yotpo is a relatively new platform to us, but whenever I've had a question the customer service on the live chat has helped me everytime, really quickly so I can get back to helping my customer. It's really easy to make updates as well to our loyalty landing pages, especially as we've recently updated our branding and it took only a few minutes to do across 8 different online stores. Having local customer support based in Australia has made a big difference for our team. Responses are fast, and it’s easier to solve problems in real time. It's my everyday tool.
