In our company, the automated access request process for subscribed applications involves several approval steps to ensure that the user genuinely requires the software. Zluri has the option to add multi-level review support in the access certification workflows. We were able to assign multiple reviewers to review user access permissions at different levels. This multi-level review option helped us achieve more reliable and accurate review results. Even if the first-level reviewer accidentally overlooked any access misalignment, the second-level reviewers could catch those anomalies, ensuring there was no room for errors and no access discrepancies were left unchecked.
