What do you like best about Zluri?

Zluri is GAME CHANGER for access audits. It has truly saved us during audits. We have visibility of what software is assigned to users in one place, which has been EXTREMELY helpful for offboardings. It has all the features to help us grow as a company. A nice - one stop shop. It's extremely user friendly and easy to use and get familiar with.

ALSO! The team Abhi, Riya, Adam...all wonderful folks. :) They have made the implementation process extremely worthwhile and smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

What do you like best about Zluri?

In our company, the automated access request process for subscribed applications involves several approval steps to ensure that the user genuinely requires the software. What do you like best about Zluri?

Zluri is a great tool, which can cover all applications used within the company.

The integration with other platforms is easy and fast.

The program itself has a user friendly UI, easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

The need for a Chrome browser profile, for the Zluri browser agent to capture data is a limitation.

The desktop agent only capturing desktop applications is another limitation.

Zluri is generally quick about making changes and adding things to the road map for its customers, one thing we are waiting on is fixing the inability to adjust discovery thresholds for software, which would drastically reduce manual administrative oversight for our team. What do you like best about Zluri?

A well support team, that are willing to check every hicup along the way to provide a seamless onboarding. Feedback matter to them and are always inclined to improve and develop a more suited product depening on the client feedback and use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

Multiple systems that we make use of are not available to support for full integration. Altough they will be developed at a later stage it would be more convenient to have intially. Also, support team changes I would keep to a minimum, from my experience a client making use of a system gets used to a familiar face, tends to be more confortable working with rather than having to change mutiple support staff. What do you like best about Zluri?

Zluri has the option to add multi-level review support in the access certification workflows. We were able to assign multiple reviewers to review user access permissions at different levels. This multi-level review option helped us achieve more reliable and accurate review results. Even if the first-level reviewer accidentally overlooked any access misalignment, the second-level reviewers could catch those anomalies, ensuring there was no room for errors and no access discrepancies were left unchecked.
