Customer portal, support team, and customizability on the backend. I appreciate the continued growth of the platform.
Customer support and ticketing have been great. As I've worked with other software support teams, the Zoey team stands out above most. Often able to help find a solution, rarely do I get a "hard no" without any guidance. My only gripe about the Zoey team is they don't sign the induvidual name of the person helping. I'd like to know who I'm speaking with, vs "Your Zoey Team" :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Web design is limited now. It's getting better. Implementation was challenging, but I also came on board after it had begun, so I missed many of the initial meetings. BUT in contrast to implementation with other software, Zoey is still at the top end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
