What do you like best about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?

I love having most of my tools built in to one desktop client. We use zoom chat at an ultra high level, we use Zoom Revenue Intelligence and love that is directly inside the desktop client. We find its much easier to get our Account Executives to proactivly seek coaching when they don't have to sign into another software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?

I wish it had more integrations with CRMS. It integrates with all the large CRM's but not some of the smaller, yet popular CRM like Pipedrive or Zendesk. Specifically for ZRA and Zoom Phone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoom Revenue Accelerator?

I'm in Sales and I frequently use Zoom.

Here are some of the best features I like about it:

-Super Easy to use (literally)

-Noise cancellation of Audio input is impeccable!

-Virtual Backgrounds (I've been told my backgrounds look real!)

-collaborative tools: screen sharing, whiteboard, breakout rooms

-Ease of Integration: We have Zoom integrated with Gong and our Google Calendars and the implementation was so Fast.

In my 3 years in our company, I never had to contact Zoom's Customer Support for any technical issues.
