I have tried scheduling emails on Groove, but I don't understand where they go. Like Gmail has a separate tab for Scheduled emails, does Groove have a similar setup?

Having two-way communication from Outreach back to Salesforce would be a huge benefit.

Using outreach daily, it can get tiresome when I have to manually dial and disposition. Is there any autodialler that can be used globally to integrate into outreach?

I've used it with several virtual meeting apps (Chime, Webex, Zoom, etc.). It would be my dream tool if I could use it to record regular phone calls, with a desktop calling app.

The way sometimes transcription is typed is confusing. But it's incredible the platform!

I want to be able to integrate with the other services I use where my data will be shared with others in the proper context and workflows.

Having certain calls bookmarked so it's easier to go back and find/ listen to them.

Everything works well but in terms of the value of calls, it doesnt show the actual calls made real-time and sometimes it's also not sync with the true value. I have to use other tools to get the validated data. I thought that if it syncs to all other tools that we used - it'll be more effective.

As an AE, I wanted to know how can this benefits me on my daily task apart from seeing productivity

This feature would help when playing the content at high speed to make sure that you picked up the correct message.

I have some issues finding calls from time to time, and the filters are kind of difficult to understand. I always get confused about whether I'm supposed to go through the call tab or the library tab which can be annoying.

I started using Gong when I worked at ZipRecruiter for my month of training, and it was beneficial. I still use Gong even after five months of working at Zip. It's such a great source to have, and always keep in mind it's there for you whenever you need it.
