Nothing more than a

This could be the perfect DNA for a TV series speaking of inner office atmosphere, but the unusual thing is that in this scheme, it is question mainly of men working together in an insurance office. You could have expected some women, talking, spreading gossips and rumors of all kind. That at least shows that men can be the same as women. But the entire plot doesn't take place in the office, don't worry. That's what I have to say about this episode. The rest has been told in the plot line, a comedy, nothing else. I am not a specialist enough to deeply analyze it.
