On one hand this is another solid Taylor Sheridan series with good actors, a decent dialogue and some nice sceneries from Texas. Billy Bob Thornton is actually funny sometimes as well.

On the other hand this is a trainwreck in many ways - all because of the daughter and ex-wife.

These characters are so extreme and made up that they become unbearable to watch. And every scene (and there are a lot of them) with them included are totally pointless - like a dragged out poolscene at the countryclub where they get drunk and act stupid.

The ex-wife is a golddigging woman in her 50's acting as a annoying, angry and loud teenager that just want to make hell and love with poor Billy Bob.

The daughter Is supposed to be 17 years old - the actor playing her is very obviously pushing 30. And this daughter is more naked than dressed, talks to her dad very explicit about her sex life and prances around half naked in the house in front of her fathers companions (men between 50 and 75) just to top it off.

It's actually just disgusting and it feels like a felony just watching it. And again - none of the scenes with these two in it make any sense at all.

And oh yes - Demi Moore is in this show as well, she plays the wife of the oil-billionaire and has said a total of about four words in five episodes.

But maybe we should not be surprised. Taylor Sheridan has a way of making a lot of the women in his shows very stereotypical - so maybe this is just his view of how women should be or already is when they're around him.

The 500th movie where Sandra Bullock plays a silly character who is afraid and clumsy and appears to be 20 years younger then her real age.

Annoying garbage where absolutely nothing is funny at all.
