I found it somewhere between extremely difficult & completely impossible to build something nice & sensible looking out of the parts of this set without ending up with just a minor variation on the original design. So, I made this.

When I got the big Mystery Builder box of LEGO Scooby-Doo sets I promised to do something fun with the bounty (since reviews would be done on sets I bought at full price as usual). Here's the first bit of the result, something I've had hiding under my city for weeks now, waiting for the right time to unveil it :)
