As an enthusiastic teacher, I would like to express my strong interest in the position of substitute
teacher. I enjoy working with children and I would be more than happy to work for your company. I
will assure that my ability to work effectively with children, community, and families will help our
children achieve their developmental goals satisfactory. I also value and respect the diversity of
families and I work hard to create respectful and supportive relationships that will engaged families
and empower our community.
I have developed skills that are necessary when working with children. For instance, I am skilled in
implementing early age curriculum. I understand that children need to fulfill their needs
individually. I have the ability to create, and take part in different learning environments and
activities that gives a great chance for children to build up to their fullest potential and reach their
learning objectives. Moreover, I am able to participate capably with other teachers and employees
to uphold the general well-being of the children and the school.
Furthermore, I have demonstrated the ability to observe children and make assessments to
childrens development and execute activities that meet their physical, emotional and social needs. I
can also design and implement activities that promote comprehensive development for young
