DEFENDANTS SPS. LOLITO and TERESITA NICODEMUS, SPS.


LIBERATO and LOTIS STA. MARIA, and SPS. LEONILO AND LORNA
NICODEMUS, through counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully alleges that:

1. Exhibits “A”, “B” and “C” are admitted as to existence but


denied as to the purpose for lack of legal and factual basis;

2. Exhibits “D”, “E”, “F”, “G”, “H”, “M”, and “N” are admitted as
to existence but denied as to the purpose as they are self-
serving and for lack of factual basis;

3. Exhibits “I”, “J” and “K” are denied as to existence and


purpose, for being self-serving and for lack of legal and
factual basis;

4. Exhibit “L” , Lot Plan, is admitted as to existence and


purpose.
PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of


this Honorable Court that the instant Comment be noted and given due
course.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise being prayed for.
