COMMISSIONER:

This reception of evidence is conducted pursuant to the Order of this court


dated November 25, 2021 issued by Juvy Victoriano-Dioso, judge of this
Branch, deputizing the Clerk of Court to receive evidence for the petitioner.

of the jurisdictional requirements be marked as Exhibit A.

COMMISSIONER:

When this case was called for the reception of evidence Atty. Crispin S.
Sumagaysay Jr. appeared as counsel for the petitioner. On record is the Judicial
Affidavit of Aldous Ian G. Ong as representative of Teresita B Genovea, who is
likewise present in today’s reception of evidence. The representative of the
Petitioner identified his Judicial Affidavit and affirm and confirm the truthfulness
and veracity of the statement thereof as well as its execution.
