Construction Rate
The Rate is Rs. ----------------/- Per sq.ft. including sales tax on material (________________) for
lock & key work. Service Tax will be paid by owner and all other government taxes will be paid by
owner.
Including work : RCC Work, Brick Work, Plaster Work, Flooring,Electrical, Sliding, Plumbing,
Water proofing, Door, Paint, Main Gate, and Pavers and Checkers in
surrounding Building.
Excluding Work : Lift for Building and Fire Fighting Work.
Area Calculation
The Area Calculation is Built up out to out Measurement including Flower bed, Balconies, Staircase,
staircase room, measures 100% of the Actual Area, Stilt Area Measures 70% of Actual area.
The Base Rate are as Under:

We accept price Variation only 5% on Basic Rate. Another if any Extra Variation will have to
paid by owner.
GENERAL SCOPE OF CIVIL WORK
1. Rate including Plinth Work up to 3 Mtr, RCC framed structure, brick work, internal & external
plastering, U. G & O. H tank compound around building we will do develop area surround
building.
2. Brick masonry shall be carried out as per provided instruction from architect.
3. Internal single and external dabble coat plastering shall be carried our as per standards and at
appropriate time.
4. Construction of overhead and underground tanks as per design.
GENRAL SCOPE FROM YOUR SIDE
1. All details and drawing shall be provided to us required and respective time.
2. Safe and potable drinking water shall be provided.
3. Electricity connection Three phases will be provided.
4. Service Tax will be paid by owner.
5. Any natural and local problems will be handled by the Owner.
MODE OF PAYMENT ;
The Payment shall normally by released within 7 days of submission of bill.

LIAT OF FITINGS AND FLXTURES
1. R.C.C. work – R.C.C. WORK 1:1:2: ( M – 25) (1 cement , 1sand, 2 metal ) in columns , beams,
lintel, slabs, lofts, Chajjas, shelves, staircase, etc. including centering and shuttering and
rendering the exposed in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement , 4 fine sand) steel for R. C. C. work
shall be of tor steel as per structure design.
2. Brick Work – Bricks work in cement mortar in super structure in 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 sand.)
3. Plaster – ¾’’ thick plaster in cement mortar 1;5 ( 1 cement 5 bag sand ) inside and rough
plaster outside shall be done.
