Expenses that are need to be given by the owner during the
construction of the building which is not included in the overall
project cost:
These all costs will be intimated by the contractor to the owner
and the corresponding bills will be given.
1. Plan approval and other expenses which are done for the application
process.
2. Temporary EB line connection costs and overall EB connection for
the building.
3. The provision for the lift will be given and the estimation from
several lift companies will be discussed and submitted to the owner
and after getting approval from the owner, the corresponding lift
will be installed.
4. Metro water and sewage water connection and approval charges
including the building assessment.
Any other expenses apart from this will be informed to the owner by the
contractor and after getting acceptance from the owner, the work will
be carried out.

Details about the building:
Foundation is a column and footing based foundation with brick work
surrounding the foundation area and laying of plain cement concrete
and sand filling up to the ground level.
The size of the columns, beams, footings will be denoted in the
structural plan which will be done after the soil test. All the reports
will be given with plans and the same will be intimated in the
structure.
There will be a plinth beam of size 1ft*1ft which is 3feet above the
ground level and the same will be provided at all the three levels.
9” walls will be constructed surrounding the plinth area of the
building up to the foundation level and all the main walls in the
building will be 9” walls. Provision for windows will be provided in
the building for maximum ventilation and the windows will be
wooden framed with grills attached. If you wish to install UPVC
windows for the building, difference cost will be calculated and
intimated.
Stilt provision will be provided at the ground floor for the parking
purpose which can later be constructed for our own usage.
The roof height is fixed with 10ft at all three levels and if there is any
need for additional roof height, it should be intimated to the
contractor and the corresponding expenses will be informed to the
owner and after accepting it, the work will be completed.
