WAIVER AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This WAIVER AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS is made and executed in


to between LEAN HAPPIE L. BUSTAMANTE, of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of Lim Compound, National Highway,
General Santos City hereinafter referred to as TRANSFEROR and
ARVEIN JOHN T. LLIDO , of legal age, married and a resident of
Lim Compound, National Highway, General Santos City hereinafter
referred to as TRANSFEREE;

WITNESSETH:

That the TRANSFEROR is the owner and/or rights holder of


the Business Name Registration for AVL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES and
SUPPLY located at Lim Compound, National Highway, General Santos
City registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI);

That the TRANSFEROR is likewise the legal owner/right-


holder of Mayor’s Business Permit to operate said AVL
COBSTRUCTION SERVICES AND SUPPLY.

That the TRANSFEROR hereby WAIVES, TRANSFRS and CONVEYS his


ownership and rights over said Registration, Business Permit and
Establishment in regard with this business unto and in favor the
above TRANSFEREE ARVEIN JOHN T. LLIDO, his rights effective
today, absolutely and unconditionally;

That the TRANSFEROR do not and will not object to any legal
transaction to effect this transfer or waiver and this WAIVER
is subject to applicable laws and rules.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed this Waiver and
