WAIVER / QUITCLAIM

Know All Men by these Presents:

That I, VINCENT L. AGCAOILI, of Legal Age, Filipino and


with residence address at No. 1 Adrian Street, Fairmont Park,
North Fairview, Quezon City, do hereby acknowledges receipt of
the followings amounts:

P15, 0000.00 repair of ford pick up model and I gave an


original replacement taillight lense – ’94 (US) Ford Ranger XL
(F416) Truck, 3Lit.gas, V6 amounting to P13, 000, to me in hand
paid by Shervin A. Miguel and by this Instrument Absolves /
Releases or Quits any claim against said person.

That I will not file any Claim whatsoever against said


person and hereby Releases him from any liability relative to the
damage caused to my vehicle, Ford Ranger with Plate No.
LCL730;
