• In market there are more than 1000 CMMS softwares


• All computerized maintenance management systems
basically function in the same manner, however
some will include more detail and use different terminology
but mostly accomplished their objectives through the use of
the four modules.
1. work order planning and scheduling
2. maintenance stores controls
3. preventive maintenance
4. maintenance reports
