INFORMATION

The undersigned accused JAN MICHEAL for a crime of RECKLESS


IMPRUDENCE RESULTING TO DOUBLE HOMICIDE in violation of Article 365 in
relation to Article 249 of RPC, Committed as follows:

That on the 22nd of May 2019, at around 5:50 o’clock in the morning, more or less
along Gorordo Avenue, Camputhaw, Cebu City and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-mentioned accused did then and there feloniously,
recklessly, negligently, carelessly and imprudently in fast speed drives under the
influence of alcohol, one (1) YAMAHA Mio MXi motorcycle with a temporary plate
0701-0032995 without due regard to the traffic rules and road markings overtakes
another vehicle in a solid yellow lane which by in such acts hit another
motorcycle, one (1) HONDA Wave 100 bearing a plate # 9291 QR owned and driven
by CRISPIN and with a back rider; his son JOSEPH CHRIS who was traversing in
opposing and proper lane and due to the impact of collision causing the damage to the
motorcycle and inflicting serious injuries resulting to instant death of CRISPIN
and JOSEPH CHRIS declared dead on the following day and that untimely demised
of the head of family left the widow and heirs to suffer great loss of income and
monetary damages.
