My friends, I believe that commitment grows steadily but

typically slow and it takes time; however, according to John Gardner,


in his book “On Leadership”, (The Free Press.) "Commitment
requires hard work in the heat of the day; it requires faithful
exertion in behalf of chosen purposes and the enhancement
of chosen values." I am quite sure that everyone of us now is well
equipped with the brilliant effect of ENRICH as our tool which direct
teachers of Diffun I District into eminence ranks towards quality
education. In behalf of Bannawag Integrated School family and the
teachers of Diffun District I, I would like to stretch out our commitment
in an acronym words WE LEAD NOW & WIN.

We Teachers,
Endlessly feel successful in what we do

Lead and support one another


Engage and build relationships
Align and hold each other to high principles
Do appreciate and respect one another

Never give up to
Overcome obstacles and
Work through conflicts

&
Willing to make decisions together
In persistent coordination and
Never forget to learn from mistakes and setbacks through RPMS
