Greetings of Peace!
Your benevolent heart gave us the courage to knock on your good self for assistance on
the following needs of our school.
1. New lines for water pipes to address the scarcity of water going to some classrooms
2. Additional public comfort rooms outside the classrooms
3. Rehabilitation and expansion of covered court
4. Sports equipments for our players
Your untiring support towards rearing the bright future of the coming generations, the
youth, of the country, is known in the heart of Mabalaquenos, thus, quality education is one of
the foremost advocacy of your programs and projects.
It is in this light that we, the Mabalacat Elementary School Admninistration, with its
Faculty Members and Parents are appealing for the support in the rehabilitation of the school’s
perimeter fence along Diamond Street. The said fence poses danger to our constituents and to
community for anytime the wall may collapse. Some part of it, more or less 30 meters, was
badlly affected during the occurrence of the earthquake last April 22, 2019.The security of the
school as a whole is also at stake.
Hope that our predicament will be addressed the soonest.

earthquake happened last April 22, 2019.The security of the school as a whole is also at stake.
More so, Mabalacat City Division will accommodate 500 School Heads from all over the
Philippines to attend the Philippine Elementary School Principal Association (PESPA) at Clark
Fontana Convention Center.

Our school,Mabalacat Elementary School, is very grateful on the support you are
extending for the benefit of our school learners. We firmly believe that you value our partnership
in promoting better citizens of this beloved Mabalacat City. In order to achieve this, from
delivering quality education which is relevant and accessible to all, we take into considerations
on the learning environment which is well secured by well-fenced school surroundings which
contributes in the attainment of the learning goals.
We regret to inform you that the school fence collapsed due to the earthquake occurred
last April 22, 2019. Most of the fence were also pose danger to the community because integrity
of the structure were very poor . The school security is stake. The school finds hard to restore
the fence since DepEd reiterates the “No Collection Policy”. It is in this light that we ask your
support in the restoration of our school fence located along Diamond Street, Poblacion
Mabalacat City.
