Role and Responsibilities
- The CTO should be a technology geek, with hands-ons experience on Architecting,
designing and developing large scale enterprise solutions in Microsoft Technologies
and open stack.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will be working closely with the executive
management members to drive the company strategy forward. Above all the person
will need excellent leadership skills to manage the largest team within the
organisation.
- The CTO will lead multiple teams including Product Development, Solution
architecture, Infrastructure Design and Management, Information Security, and
various Customer Projects.
- The CTO will be leading the projects and product development in Agile and Lean
development space, and will have strong contribution to requirement visualization,
elaboration to the actual product implementation.

Information technology Operations and Information Security.

- You will be required to leading the Architecture group to drive technology
leadership, creating scalable and micro-services based architecture, frameworks,
best practices, architecture, coding guidelines and ensuring their adherence.
- You will be required to guide the Delivery Teams to ensure reliable and quality
releases with-in agreed and planned timelines.
- You will work with our Sales Team to ensure the right solution is provided to
prospects.
- You will be the face of organization to the customers and prospects, help out best
in class and architecture to fit solutions to the needs. You will be leading the
deliveries and support on the platform with-in India and Abroad.
- Ensure that solution architecture is reusable across products and extensible for
future enhancements
Expected/Desired Skillset
- 12 - 15 years of Strong Architecture and Development experience with Microsoft
Technologies and Open Source stack.
- Worked on Microsoft.NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC5, Web API, SOA and other
technological components associated with Microsoft Technology Stack.
- Experience on building Apps, Web Apps and extensive experience over Microsoft
Azure Cloud is a Must.
- Experience on Data Sciences and NOSQL Databases will be an added advantage.
- Must be a front runner, with ability to envisage the solutions based on the
requirements given.
- Being a Product Tech Lead, must be able to visualize the requirements, impact on
the existing product and must be able to draw efficient and accelerating Sprints to
the delivery.
- Experience with MS Visio, Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect will be added
advantage. Must have at least 1 or 2 Enterprise Software Project implementations as
a Lead/architect to the project.
- Strong 4-5 years of Team Lead / Project lead experience of leading a team of 10+
delivery team members. The ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects,
rapidly changing priorities, and leading junior developers.
- Experience in at least one tech team transformation towards better SDLC practices
(pair programming, XP, Scrum,Low Latency etc.)
- Experience in executing products and projects in Indian Industry and Customer
base will be an added advantage.
